We couldn't be more thankful to the barbès community- to all the musicians and patrons who have made this place a true haven. And we're happy to announce that we have signed a new ten year lease and are looking forward to another ten years of music.
Brooklyn's economic context, however, is not what it was ten years ago. While we feel reasonably certain that we can sustain Barbès' existence, our expenses are going up and we have accumulated a debt. Should you feel so inclined, you can donate below.
